We stand behind our products. If your cat's treatment plan changes and you have unopened, unused vials, we will refund your purchase price — no complicated process, no questions asked.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Return must be initiated within 30 days of your order date
• Vials must be unopened and in resalable condition
• You are responsible for return shipping costs to our fulfillment center
• A $20 handling fee is deducted from your refund to cover order processing, materials, and logistics — this is not a penalty, it reflects the real cost of fulfillment we cannot recover
• Payment processing fees charged by our payment provider are non-refundable, as these are not retained by CureFIP™
